As much as our retail staff loves to hear from customers, if you try to call the store about shipping they will direct you to the below contact information. Our retail store staff do not handle shipping or online orders so they will not be able to help you.

Contact in regards to the website, ordering, shipping, or any specific product questions such as ingredients or nutritional information:

1.) Use the Contact Us form to ask a question. Make sure you enter a valid email address.

2.) Give us a call at 866-833-0634 - this will connect you to our voicemail service which we check daily. We would love to have a live operator, but we only get a couple calls a week so the additional cost and subsequent product price increases isn't worthwhile.

Contact in Regards to Existing Orders:

1.) Send us the question by clicking the 'Ask a Question' button on your 'Order History' page located on the 'My Account' page after you login. This is the best option because it makes it very easy to keep track of the conversation.

2.) Reply to your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email with your question.

3.) Use the Contact Us form below to ask a question. Make sure you enter a valid email address and if possible include your invoice #.

4.) Give us a call at 866-833-0634 - this will connect you to our voicemail service which we check daily.

***When choosing your contact option please keep in mind we are able to respond to email inquiries much more quickly than phone inquiries.***

Here's What Will Happen Next

As soon as you hit "Send" on any contact page or any other contact form, an email will be sent to Linda's Diet Delites, alerting us that you've asked for help. If you place a voicemail, we get an email alert as well.

By the way, that email is going to me, the owner. Your request isn't going to some third-world "outsourcing farm" or anything lame like that.

Here's How We Respond

You can usually expect an email response within a few hours on weekdays (I'd say a few minutes, but hey sometimes I have to shower.) If you place a voicemail it may take longer just because responding is more difficult than just hitting the reply button.

I'm really, really, REALLY obsessive about taking care of you ...and that's why I try to be available when needed.

I'm on a first name basis with many of our customers. Sometimes I wonder if they're just buying our stuff so they can hang out with me.
