If you have been searching high and low for a zero net carb bread with no luck, then congratulations. You have found the one and only Healthwise Zero Net Carb bread. This bread and the baker who created it were the seed for almost all other low carb breads and none can match it.

The bread is slightly springy, with a very light weight. It works great as toast or for sandwiches. If you have a sweet tooth the Cinnamon works great even without any toppings or sweeteners.

Storage

Storage: 2 weeks outside of the fridge(although we recommend freezing it), 1 month in the fridge(although we recommend freezing it), and 3+ months in a freezer. The easiest way to consume it is to microwave a couple slices for 30-45 seconds to dethaw and then toast the slices.

Styles

In our batch before this most recent one, the baker had to use extra yeast due to the extreme cold temperatures where these are baked. As a result, the consistency of the bread is more chewy than normal and the breads have a slightly sourdough taste. Since some people didn't like these, we have put all of these on super sale

We also sometimes have brad that gets smooshed so we have these on sale. Since the bread is so springy it still possible to use these for toast or sandwiches, we just hate sending terrible looking loaves.
