The cheesecakes are not shipped frozen or with dry ice. Although we do use ice packs when shipping these cheesecakes to locations more than 2 days away the goal of the ice packs is to keep the cheesecakes cool for the majority of the trip. The ice packs and cheesecakes will arrive warm, but should not be spoiled.

In a very rare number of shipments, these cheesecakes do not make it due to hot weather or extended shipment times. Please inspect upon receipt and notify us of any spoiled product if necessary.
