Dixie Diner Breadcrumbs in plain or seasoned style are a great staple for any low carb kitchen.

Simply add butter and dip in egg -just coat the pieces and bake or fry. Low fat version label option too. Delicious and so easy to use. Also makes great oven baked onion rings. The consistency of these "breadcrumbs" is more like a flour for coating, rather than actual ground up bread.
Instructions: For oven-crispy baking (or frying) or for bread crumb topped casserole dishes, combine four tablespoons of bread crumb mix and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Toss with fork. Coat meat, poultry, fish or vegetable pieces by first dipping in egg, then prepared bread crumbs. Bake in oven until golden brown. For deep frying, bread and fry in oil at 375 degrees.
