Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas

I'm new to the low carb game so it's been rather disappointing realizing all that I can't eat anymore. Not only are these awesome for taco night but add some sauce,cheese and pepperoni and they make a delicious pizza. Especially if you cook them on the grill. They crisp up just like pizza dough would. You can't tell there's anything low carb about them.
