Should you be lucky enough to find a pack of light muffins, the BB and Vanilla are SOOOOOO fantastic! They're moist and the texture is just to die for! HOWEVER, most of them recently are dried out and overdone, which completely changes the texture. If you're an store customer, just try to find the lighter ones and you won't be sorry though. I've never tasted a better muffin and that's low carb or otherwise!
