These bagels are amazing. They're a good sized bagel and for something low in calorie and carb it's definitely worth the price. I like the texture of these bagels, it's hard to explain but it's a bit chewy but in a good way. I recommend this brand over all the other low carb bagel brands. Usually at bagel shops when bagels are low carb the amount of fat can be up to 22 grams, these are not only low in carbs but in fats too. Great product
