This without a doubt the best low carb bread I've ever had.Albeit a bit pricey. I can stretch a loaf a week or so, as I don't eat to much bread. It keeps well in the refrigerator.It also toast well. Great product, could be a better price! Not much bang for the buck, that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5!Taste wise, Love it, the best! does NOT raise blood sugars for those of u whom are diabetic.
