Thin sliced is the way to go! I love this bread. Although I have to say, it’s not quite bread. That said, it’s an amazing substitute. I can still have my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches without the carbs! Thin sliced is light and fluffy. Minimal after taste and a good bread smell. Usually arrives within 2-3 days of shipment. I will continue buying and you should too if you like the best carb free bread available.
