Linda's Diet Delites High Protein Low Carb Pancakes

I'll admit, I was beyond skeptical about these at first. If it weren't for the code I had to receive a free pack of these pancakes, I would have never tried them; in my opinion, these were overpriced and pointless as protein pancakes were something I've made a billion times before.
Now that I've tried them, however, my mindset has changed dramatically.
These pancakes deserve every star that I've given them. They're absolutely delicious! Sure, they're a bit expensive, but they're also very convenient and I've never had my protein pancakes turn out to be like these. These pancakes were light (yet filling), very soft in the mouth, and FULL of flavor. Not your regular pancake flavor either, but it actually tasted exactly like a buttermilk biscuit - butter and everything! You really don't need syrup with these (I added strawberry rhubarb jam, but scraped it off because they were so good on their own).
I am blown away by the taste and consistency of these. I will absolutely be ordering them in the future!
