I was very impressed with this and would recommend. I brushed with olive oil to add moisture because I find the zero carb breads to be a little dry sometimes. (But who's complaint when you have bread?) I added a ton of toppings. My husband and I shared it for dinner and I thought that it was the perfect size for two people.
