ThinSlim Foods Impastable Low Carb Pasta

I was so surprised how good this pasta was. I had the fettuccine and it had the consistency closer to fresh pasta. I used a low carb sauce with mushrooms and meat. I was so excited to have spaghetti!!! I will be buying this again to make Alfredo!
