Fiber Gourmet Mac & Cheese

This is only as good as any other diet mac & cheese. What I do love is that I can eat twice as much considering the low points value. I love their pasta, but the cheese sauce isn't much cheesier than Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones frozen mac & cheese entrees. With the low calories, though, you can melt a slice of reduced fat cheese over it and remain guilt-free.
