Chatila's Bakery Sugar Free Low Fat Donuts

A long time ago I ordered one of these donuts. I didn't remember how it was so I ordered another just recently. Didn't care for it at all. The donut part was very dry, I needed water to wash it down. There wasn't much filling inside, and of what there was it had a weird taste, like an overly sweet whipped texture. Also after consuming it my throat now is irritated and slightly burns. I checked the ingredients and it doesn't contain anything that I'm allergic to, but I have the reaction of eating something with such. So I'm just wondering if it was processed on the same equipment that walnuts and pecans are.
