I am simply beside myself!!! Try them, just try them. These are amazing! And, they really aren't that mini!?! (2 servings per eclair) They did get a little beat up in shipping and the pastry was a little dense. Who cares! Just try them. OMG YUM! The substitute for fine pastries that us, low carbers have awaited - at last! Seriously, a rejoicing moment :)
