Chatila's Bakery Sugar Free Chocolate E'toile, 4 pack

The description says that this comes with 1 freezer pack and I ordered 5 other items that said that they also came with one ice pack...on top of that I ordered extra cold packaging to make sure the items came cold. There was only one ice pack in the whole package of perishables and everything came in hot. This product was like a slab of fudge mixed with the plastic and paper that was supposed to separate the cakes...the taste was still good though but I feel the cost is really exorbitant compared to normal baked goods. I would not order this during the summer again, maybe in the winter I'll try again.
