Worst muffins ever. It wasn't sweet or moist at all. The simply scrumptous fat free muffins are moist on top and are a better choice if you are deciding which one's, but these muffins were dry overall. Maybe because I'm not low carbing, but this muffin isn't worth it. Those who are giving it good reviews must like unmoist, unsweetened, and dry muffins. It is great snack, good for the calories, good for the protein, but even with such great pluses such as protein it's a waste since I'm trying to treat my self to a low calorie great tasting snack, but this one wasn't worth the 80 calories of no taste. I bought them since it has more protein, but It wasn't a good move. If you buy it anyways, don't say I didn't warn you.
