Chatila's Bakery Sugar Free New Generation Muffins

The corn muffins are fantastic. I've never seen a corn muffin with so few calories or carbs. I seriously could eat one every day. Some of the other flavors have a strange ingredient I couldn't put my finger on, almost like shredded zucchini or coconut. It wasn't bad, but it gave the muffins an unexpected texture.
