This coffeecake was super moist! I mean super duper shockingly moist. Now that might be a good thing, but I also wondered if it was cooked because it was so "wet" moist. I think it was cooked all the way, but just struck me weird that its consistency was like that. The taste was pretty good. I think if the weird moisture doesn't freak you out like it did me, you might enjoy this treat. I say at least give it a try.
