Simply Scrumptous Fiberlicious Low Carb Fat Free Coffeecake

Well, Simply Scrumptous has done it again. They've given "diet" foods a good reputation.
Despite being so low in calories, this coffee cake is unbelievably delicious, sweet, and fairly dense! Absolutely no artificial aftertaste to it as many other low carb foods have, and the cinnamon swirl was actually gooey and GRITTY. I loved it!!!
If you like desserts which are more subtle, I'll warn you right now, when I say this is sweet I mean SWEET. Between the size and sweetness you won't want to eat any more than one in a sitting, but you will remember how delicious it is and come back for more.
My ONLY complaint would be the cake itself (below the cinnamon swirl topping) seemed to be stale by its texture, which was a bit dry. Perhaps I received one that was a bit older, but this didn't seem to bother me since the top was so moist, gooey, and perfect.
I will definitely be buying more from this company as so far I've been impressed by their brownies, carrot cake, donuts (to a lesser degree due to their smaller size), and now this coffee cake! Five stars, highly recommended, do yourself a favor and order these!!!
